Its not listed in the GW specialist games section but i think i recall hearing it mentioned once, is it some sort of in-betweener of Warhammer Fantasy and its epic 40k counter-part, Warmaster?

Been reading some more of it and it really was crazy. Dwarves had steam powered ships and hot air ballons and dark elves had lots of enslaved sea monsters like giant squid and the megaladon.
