Liked Bood bowl and/or Like War machine? Check this out

I don't believe it
Sorting through my emails, 1 from Amazon caught my eye, apart from the usual nonsense i get, this is actually very interesting. There's a Blood bowl pc game sneaking up on us, never played the old boardgame Blood bowl but to understand it was quite popular during its time. Blood bowl is a cross between Rugby and Warhammer Fantasy (with the violent bits still in it) by Games Workshop btw, and its been going for donkeys, not quite as long as Rogue trader i don't think (not sure if its older or younger than the old space hulk (remember they're re-releasing space hulk!) either) But pretty sure it pre-dates at least 2nd edition Fantasy, maybe even 1st i dunno when those were published.

Oh and for those who still don't know and also happen to like the taste of Warmachine:
There's been approval for a Warmachine video game, the first 3 or so vids can be found on youtube- with links to them on Privateer Press's website no less
I fully expect at least Cygnar and Khador to be in it as playable factions; Cryx and the Protectorate of Menoth wouldn't be sneezed at either (unless the player takes on the mantle of a merc and instead works for different sides). Not sure if legendary jacks will be in it because although it'd be funny to say your one of the Cryx Death jack's many trample victims- he is one-of-a-kind so even if he's in the game he'd most certaintly be a powerful boss.
It'd be pretty hard to make rules to let players be a warcaster with their own dynamic warjack company; perhaps it'd be a class system and you'd get something similar to the Old Witch's Scrapjack or Darius's half-jacks but fingers crossed for full size jacks eh?

I am trying to get to bed, and you put linkies like that on the website, and I am up for another 2 hours looking at Bloodbowl!!!

course, i would be getting it just to see how it goes on my comp but i'm STILL waiting on the stupid motherboard so i can use my nice new hardware ('new' being relative at this rate ) so my comp would become rather constipated trying to run it, which is irritating since i can't even play Team fortress 2 properly with my graphics at minimum always letting me down

Well; that and i can't have EVERYTHING now can i? I can't haz Tom's horde, get new models for the tournie next month be they either Cryx or LoE and get my hairy rear in gear painting at the same time AND get Bloodbowl, unfortunately. In hindsight i'd probably save on money finding somewhere to order online opposed to train fare to Liverpool and back.
